EFFSO Tools are the "LINUX" of Management Consulting in the Sourcing area. They constitute a commercial but fair platform to drive common concept development and allow all contributors to share their experiences.

The EFFSO shell, our toolbox

We have assembled a toolbox consisting of tools that have proven to be useful and successful in many organizations over the years. In the EFFSO shell, the tools are organized in an accessible structure, covering all areas needed to be considered for effective sourcing.

The tools are based on well-known management theories and practice, and are all pragmatic and easy-to-use. It is possible to enter the toolbox on different levels, in order to for example access the tool overview or a supportive form. The EFFSO shell covers everything from strategy and commercial issues to personnel and support technology related matters. At the base is the transformation process, needed to implement a well-functioning and effective sourcing. Access the different parts of the toolbox from the Tools menu in the navigation bar above.
